Sisu [pronounced see-soo] is a Finnish term meaning extraordinary determination, courage, persistence, and resilience in the face of extreme adversity. Those with a “Sisu” mindset take action to overcome challenges with grit and an invincible spirit.

Who this is for: Black women emerging business owners, nonprofit leaders, and creators ready to step out in courage and anchor their ideas in clarity.
What the package includes: Three months of advisory access, including two 60-minute strategy sessions per month, regular accountability emails, ongoing Q&A messaging, session recordings with transcripts, and a monthly 1-page tactical checklist.
Why sign up: You will gain alignment on your direction, transforming your bravery into a concrete, executable plan. This container gives you the tools, confidence, and accountability to bring your vision to life.

ASCEND AUTHENTICALLY PACKAGE
Who this is for: Newer organizations or businesses (2–3 years in operation, under $500K budget/revenue) ready to scale their presence and impact.
What the package includes: A 90-day diagnostic and strategic planning process. This includes weekly 60-minute design sessions (Month 1), engineering of your comprehensive Strategic Blueprint—covering operational flows, brand refinement, and economic design—with regular email/text check-ins (Month 2), and delivery of your custom implementation and accountability plan (Month 3).
